It covers a great deal of double kick techniques (Full leg motion/Swivel/Ankle motion/Heel toe explained in detail) but also talks about important gear aspects like chain/direct drive differences, correct pedal, drum seat and trigger module settings. Theory is followed by helpful practice drills both with and without kick pedals.
