This is my Extreme Hands Techniques course. It is perfect both for beginners and advanced players. It covers a great deal of hand techniques (Wrist/Flying Fingers/Hybrid explained in detail) but also talks about important aspects of hand training like practice pad selection and proper approach. Theory is followed by helpful practice drills both.
