ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. In the event that a lesson does not take place due to the teacher’s fault, the lesson will be rescheduled at a time agreed with the student, or the amount for one lesson will be deducted from the payment for the following month.

2. Any absence of the Student from lessons (due to illness, travel) should be reported to the teacher at least 2 days in advance. Failure to notify of an absence results in the obligation to pay for the lesson. The student has the opportunity to make up one canceled lesson within the given month. Each additional cancellation results in the forfeiture of the lesson.

4. Withdrawal from participation in lessons by the Student always occurs at the end of the given month upon their written declaration.
